The problem
Most restaurants run a stack of tools that do not speak to each other.
A reservation lives in one place, the order in another, the payment in a third, and the figures get reconciled by hand at midnight. Every gap is a cost, and most of those costs are recurring.
Who built it
Built by operators who ran the pass.
Co-founder of D&A Hospitality, formerly the group behind Restaurant Le Museum in Montreux (2016–2025) and Heritage in Soho, London (2019–2023), both recognised in the Michelin Guide.

How we worked this out
Card takings assumed at about £90,761 a month: 2,241 covers a month from your Friday figure, £45 a head, 90% paid by card, across 840 payments. Card volume is as entered and not scaled by sites; per-location subscriptions are.
No figures of your own were entered; the comparison uses published prices and typical bands.
A typical band is a reported range for a provider that only quotes; a saving can rest on one, a “more” result never does.
Where a provider publishes a range, the headline uses its midpoint.

What is Inservo?
Inservo is a restaurant management system that runs reservations, ePOS, and payments on one record, from the booking to the bill.
Does Inservo charge per-cover fees?
No. Inservo does not charge per-cover fees on reservations.
What does card processing cost?
It depends on the card. Standard UK cards are 1.4% + 20p, the same rate in person and online. Non-UK and commercial cards are 2.5% + 20p, and Amex or manually keyed cards are 2.95% + 20p. There are no per-cover fees. You can see the complete breakdown on the pricing page, under “Card processing”.
