Restaurant management system
One system for the whole service, not three that argue.
Reservations, ePOS, and payments — one system, one record, from the booking to the bill.
Built by operators who ran the pass — including two Michelin Guide restaurants.
Pilot programme
Five pilot spots per subscription plan — here’s what’s left.
Pilot restaurants get their first year’s subscription free and in-person and online standard UK card processing at 1.25% + 20p. Once a subscription plan’s five spots are taken, that pilot closes.
The problem
Most restaurants run a stack of tools that do not speak to each other.
A reservation lives in one place, the order in another, the payment in a third, and the figures get reconciled by hand at midnight. Every gap is a cost, and most of those costs are recurring.
Built for the room
The same system, set up for the restaurant it runs.
One system does the job everywhere, configured to the way each kind of restaurant actually trades.
Plans
The most complete plan carries the lowest fee.
The pricing is inverted on purpose. Payment processing margin funds the system, so the plan that includes everything costs the least to subscribe to.
More features usually means a bigger bill. With Inservo it’s the reverse: the plan that does everything costs the least, because we make our money on payments, not your subscription.
Billing on your terms
Clear pricing, billed monthly, nothing locked in.
Every plan is billed monthly, with no commitment — a restaurant can cancel at any time.
How Inservo compares against other systems.
Every number comes straight from each system’s own published pricing — no estimates.
