Is there a fixed-term contract or lock-in?
No. Every plan is billed monthly with no fixed term, no minimum commitment, and no exit fee, so a restaurant can cancel at any time. You do accept our standard legal terms on sign-up — the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Data Processing Agreement — but none of these tie you in for a set period.
When is each plan available?
Essential is available from August 2026, Suite from November 2026, and Suite+ from January 2027.
What is the pilot programme?
The first five restaurants on each plan — Essential, Suite, and Suite+ — get their first year’s subscription free, and pay a discounted 1.25% + 20p on UK card payments, in person and online. If a pilot restaurant upgrades to the next plan, its free subscription year renews on the new plan. Five spots per plan; terms and conditions apply.
What does Suite+ include?
Suite+ is the full system — reservations, ePOS, and payments together — at £69 a month plus VAT, with UK card processing at 1.4% + 20p in person and online. It is the most complete plan and carries the lowest subscription of the three. Every plan, Suite+ included, covers unlimited devices and unlimited users.
What does card processing cost?
Card processing applies on every plan, whenever a card is charged — a deposit, a cancellation fee, or the full bill. Standard UK cards are 1.4% + 20p, the same in person and online; non-UK and commercial cards are 2.5% + 20p; and Amex or manually keyed cards are 2.95% + 20p. There are no per-cover fees.
Are there per-cover or per-reservation fees?
No. The monthly fee is flat and covers every reservation. There are no per-cover, per-booking, or marketplace fees, so a busy service never costs more, and a restaurant is never charged for the bookings it brings in itself.
Why is the most complete plan the cheapest to subscribe to?
Because Suite+ includes payments, the small processing margin helps fund the system, so its subscription sits below the plans that do not include payments. The Suite+ subscription fee is subsidised by payment processing revenue, so to maintain access to Suite+ pricing a minimum of 50% of restaurant turnover must be processed through the Inservo payment system. The subscription prices exclude VAT, and every plan includes unlimited devices and unlimited users at no extra cost.
Can a restaurant change plans later?
Yes. A restaurant can move between plans as it grows, and the same record carries across with no migration.
