Floorplan management

A live plan of your room that the whole system reads from — tables, covers, and timing in one view, shared with the booking and the bill.

What it does

The room, kept current.

A floorplan that holds the real shape of the room and updates as the service runs, so reservations, orders, and payments all read from one live record.

Visual table layout

Tables arranged in the true shape of the room, across areas and sections.

Live status

Open, seated, and paying, visible at a glance through the service.

Covers and pacing

Capacity and arrival flow held in view, so the room fills without bunching.

Combinations and joins

Tables merged for larger parties and released when the service ends.

Areas and sections

Terrace, bar, and private room mapped and managed separately.

One shared record

The same plan the booking and the ePOS read from — no second screen to reconcile.

The plan isn’t a picture of the room. It’s the room, kept current by every booking and every payment.

Questions

Floorplan management, answered.

What is restaurant floorplan management?

Floorplan management is a live, visual layout of a restaurant's tables that tracks status, covers, and pacing through a service. In Inservo it's part of reservations, and the same plan is read by orders and payments, so the room is run from one record rather than several.

Does the floorplan update during service?

Yes. Status changes as guests are seated, ordered, and paid, so the plan reflects the room in real time without manual updates.

Can tables be combined for larger parties?

Yes. Tables can be joined for a single party and released afterwards, with covers and pacing adjusting accordingly.
