Why do we use cookies and similar technologies?
The purposes fall into the following categories:
- Necessary cookies – essential for operating the Websites and providing requested services (e.g., logging in, security).

- Inservo uses Cal.com, a scheduling service provided by Cal.com, Inc., so that you can book a call with us from our website. The booking calendar is embedded from app.cal.com and sets Cal.com’s own cookies while it is open (for example, to remember your time zone and keep the booking form working). It loads only once you accept Preference cookies; until then the page shows a link to the same booking page on cal.com instead. Cal.com’s privacy policy is at https://cal.com/privacy.
- Statistics cookies – collect information about how visitors use our Websites, helping us improve performance and user experience.
- Inservo uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how users interact with our Websites. We use this information to improve our Websites and services.
- Inservo also uses Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service provided by Vercel Inc., to collect anonymised usage data and better understand overall traffic and performance without using tracking cookies.

- Marketing cookies – track browsing habits and help us deliver relevant advertising or measure campaign performance.
- Advertising attribution cookies. When you arrive on our website from one of our adverts, we set two first-party cookies so that an enquiry you later make through the website can be attributed to the advert that brought you here:
_inservo_gclidholds the Google click identifier from the advert link, and_inservo_utmholds the campaign parameters from that link. Both are set by inservo.co.uk only, are not shared with any other site, and expire after 90 days. They sit in the Marketing category: they are set only if you accept marketing cookies, and they are deleted if you later withdraw that consent. Google Ads also loads its own tag on our pages; with marketing consent withheld it sends no cookies and no identifiers.
- Advertising attribution cookies. When you arrive on our website from one of our adverts, we set two first-party cookies so that an enquiry you later make through the website can be attributed to the advert that brought you here:
