Service carries on when the internet drops — reservations, orders, and payments keep running on your own network, and sync the moment it’s back.

What it does

The service doesn’t stop for the internet.

Lose the internet and the iPads, terminals, and back office stay in step over your own wifi. Orders and payments keep moving, and everything reconciles to the back office the moment the connection returns.

Does the system work without internet?

Yes. On your own network, the iPads, terminals, and orders keep running even when the internet is down — they stay in step locally and sync to the back office the moment the connection returns, as long as the venue hub device is on the network.

Can you still take reservations offline?

Yes. You can keep taking, updating, and cancelling reservations while you’re offline. Be aware that a mismatch is possible with online bookings made, changed, or cancelled by guests in the meantime. If those overlap when you’re back online, we’ll surface the conflict for you to fix.

Can you still take card payments offline?

Yes. Stripe terminals use store-and-forward: the payment is taken and held on the terminal, then forwarded to settle once the internet is back. Every terminal also carries a SIM, so it can often stay online even when your wifi’s internet drops.

What happens to orders taken offline?

They’re held locally and applied in order once the internet returns, tied to the right table and booking.
