Card processing

Process cards on the same record that holds the booking — at a clear rate, with one payout and no surprises.

What it does

Payments, on the same record.

Card processing built into the system, so the payment, the booking, and the order settle together — not stitched across a separate terminal.

Clear rates

Standard UK cards at 1.4% + 20p in person and online; the full rate card is published in pricing.

In person and online

One rate structure across the floor and the booking widget.

On the booking

The payment is tied to the reservation and the order automatically.

Deposits applied

A held deposit is credited against the final bill.

One payout

Takings settled in a single, predictable payout.

No per-cover fees

A flat subscription, with no charge per booking or per cover.

A payment is the quietest part of a good service. The system keeps it that way.
