Measured against other systems, on their own numbers.

Every figure comes from each provider’s own published pricing — with its source and date under the table. Where a provider does not publish a price, the cell says so.

On 80–150 covers on a typical Friday at £30–£60 a head, one site. The form on the next page takes your own figures.

How we worked this out

Card takings assumed at about £90,761 a month: 2,241 covers a month from your Friday figure, £45 a head, 90% paid by card, across 840 payments. Card volume is as entered and not scaled by sites; per-location subscriptions are.

No figures of your own were entered; the comparison uses published prices and typical bands.

A typical band is a reported range for a provider that only quotes; a saving can rest on one, a “more” result never does.

Where a provider publishes a range, the headline uses its midpoint.

Numbered references in the table point to the entries in this list. Inservo’s own figures are its published pricing and carry no reference.

Every row is maintained in one place and re-checked before each update. A provider that quotes after a sales call, or that prices in another currency, is shown as it publishes; nothing is estimated on a provider’s behalf.

The same rows, two systems at a time, each with its own sources.

A fair comparison doesn’t need a thumb on the scale. The numbers, side by side and sourced, make the case on their own.

Questions

The comparison, answered.

How is the comparison data sourced?

Every figure comes from each system’s own published pricing and feature pages, or from widely reported industry data where a system doesn’t publish in full. Each one is dated, and we re-check the table before every update rather than letting it drift.

Why does Inservo include more for a lower subscription?

Suite+ includes card processing, so the small margin on payments funds the system — which is why the subscription can sit below reservations-only or per-cover pricing.

Does Inservo charge per-cover fees?

No. There are no per-cover or per-booking fees on any plan. The cost is the monthly subscription and, on Suite+, the published card-processing rate.
